1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Genix Labs (“the Company”, “we”, “us”), the operator of Genix (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Medical disclaimer

Genix is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Consult a licensed healthcare professional before starting or changing any protocol.

Genix is a personal tracking and organisation tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, is not a medical device, and is not a substitute for the judgement of a qualified healthcare professional. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make about your health. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read in Genix.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using Genix, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Your account

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information, keep it up to date, and notify us promptly of any unauthorised use at hello@getgenixlabs.com.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours;
• interfere with, disrupt, or probe the security of the Service;
• reverse engineer or copy the Service except as permitted by law; or
• use the Service to provide medical advice to others.

6. Your content and data

You retain ownership of the data you enter into Genix. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display that data solely to operate the Service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter.

7. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers (including hosting, authentication, email, and AI providers). Their services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by the Company and its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding.

9. Service availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or health outcomes, arising from or related to your use of the Service.
